Gizlilik Politikası
1. Sorumlu Kişi
Bu uygulama Deniz BİRGÜL tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. Veri işlemeyle ilgili sorularınız için: dnzbirgul@gmail.com.
2. Topladığımız Veriler
Uygulama yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli olan verileri toplar:
- Hesap bilgileri: Yalnızca kayıt olmayı tercih eden kullanıcılardan e-posta adresi ve ad. Kayıt zorunlu değildir; uygulama misafir olarak da kullanılabilir.
- Öğrenme ilerlemesi: Seviye, çözülen quiz sayısı, öğrenilen kelime sayısı, günlük seri gibi ilerleme verileri.
- Profil fotoğrafı: İsteğe bağlı olarak seçtiğiniz fotoğraf yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Uygulama tercihleri: Bildirim ayarları ve dil tercihi.
Uygulama; konum, kişiler, mesajlar veya diğer hassas verileri toplamaz.
3. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
- Öğrenme deneyimini kişiselleştirmek ve ilerlemenizi kaydetmek
- Kayıtlı kullanıcıların verilerini cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek
- Talep ettiğiniz günlük hatırlatma bildirimlerini göndermek
- Uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve teknik sorunları çözmek
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz. Uygulamada reklam yer almaz.
4. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
Hesap ve ilerleme verileri, Google'ın Firebase altyapısında (Firebase Authentication ve Cloud Firestore) güvenli şekilde saklanır. Veriler şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden iletilir ve yalnızca kimliği doğrulanmış kullanıcı kendi verisine erişebilir. İnternet olmadığında uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır; verileriniz cihazınızda tutulur ve bağlantı sağlandığında senkronize edilir.
5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır:
- Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veri saklama ve senkronizasyon) — Firebase Gizlilik Politikası
- Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) — iOS cihazlarda Pro abonelik satın alımları için. Ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir; Apple Gizlilik Politikası
- Google Play Billing — Android cihazlarda Pro abonelik satın alımları için. Ödemeler Google tarafından işlenir.
- RevenueCat — abonelik durumunu yönetmek için kullanılan hizmet; RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası
6. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı bir Pro aboneliği sunar (aylık veya yıllık, otomatik yenilenen). Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir ve ilgili mağazanın ödeme sistemiyle işlenir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın mağaza ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama eğitim amaçlıdır ve çocuklar tarafından kullanılabilir. Çocuk kullanıcılardan bilinçli olarak kişisel veri toplamayız. Kayıt tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve uygulama kayıt olmadan da tam işlevle kullanılabilir. Bir çocuğun ebeveyn izni olmadan kişisel veri (e-posta gibi) sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, bizimle iletişime geçin; söz konusu veriyi sileriz.
8. Haklarınız
Şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinize erişme ve düzeltme
- Hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verileri silme
- Bildirim izinlerini istediğiniz zaman kapatma
Hesabınızı silmek için uygulama içindeki hesap ayarlarını kullanabilir veya bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
9. Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)
Uygulamanın kullanımı, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (EULA) tabidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama veya bu sayfa üzerinden bildirilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
The App only collects data necessary to provide its service:
- Account information: Email address and name, only from users who choose to register. Registration is optional; the App can be used as a guest.
- Learning progress: Level, number of quizzes completed, words learned, daily streak, and similar progress data.
- Profile photo: An optional photo you select, stored only on your device.
- App preferences: Notification settings and language preference.
The App does not collect location, contacts, messages, or other sensitive data.
3. How We Use Data
- To personalize the learning experience and save your progress
- To sync registered users' data across devices
- To send daily reminder notifications you have requested
- To improve the App and resolve technical issues
We do not use your data for advertising. The App contains no ads.
4. Data Storage and Security
Account and progress data are securely stored using Google's Firebase infrastructure (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and only the authenticated user can access their own data. When offline, the App works without internet; your data stays on your device and syncs once a connection is available.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase (authentication, data storage, and sync) — Firebase Privacy Policy
- Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) — for Pro subscription purchases on iOS devices. Payments are processed by Apple; Apple Privacy Policy
- Google Play Billing — for Pro subscription purchases on Android devices. Payments are processed by Google.
- RevenueCat — a service used to manage subscription status; RevenueCat Privacy Policy
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly or yearly, auto-renewing). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and processed by the respective store's payment system. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's store settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is educational and may be used by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from child users. Registration is entirely optional, and the App is fully functional without it. If you believe a child has provided personal data (such as an email) without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and correct your data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Disable notification permissions at any time
To delete your account, use the in-app account settings or contact us.
9. Terms of Use (EULA)
Use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or this page. The current version is always available here.
